Accessibility statement
This website targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA, and so does the application. This statement was last reviewed on 5 October 2026.
The standard
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the conformance target for this website and for the application, where it is a build requirement enforced by automated checks before any change ships. A third-party audit and a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template have not been produced; if a procurement requires one, ask.
What is checked at every build
Every combination of text and background color on the site is computed against the WCAG contrast thresholds from the design tokens themselves, so a color change that fails cannot ship. Every page has exactly one top-level heading and no skipped heading levels. Every page has a skip link to its main content. The navigation toggle is a real button with a name and an expanded state, and the navigation works without JavaScript. Keyboard focus is visible on every interactive element. Numerals are tabular so columns align. Provenance markers on data values are conveyed by pattern and label, never by color alone.
Manual review
On 5 October 2026 the site was reviewed using the keyboard alone. On the home, product, pricing, methodology, data, API documentation, help article, legal, support, about and not-found pages, at desktop and phone widths, the review checked that the skip link moves focus to the main content, that every link and control can be reached and operated, that focus is always visible and follows the order of the page, that nothing traps focus, and that Escape closes the navigation menu and the search results. One defect was found: the search results could be moved through with the arrow keys, but a screen reader was not told which result was active. It was fixed the same day.
Known gaps
A review with a screen reader has not yet been carried out on this site. The automated checks above and the keyboard review do not replace one, and some barriers can only be found that way. This statement will say so when it has been done. The application is under construction; a conformance statement for it will be added when it launches.
Reporting a barrier
Write to support@datatactical.group with “Accessibility” in the subject, naming the page and what stopped you. A person reads it. Barriers on this website are fixed in the next deployment where the fix is known.
